Happy New Year to you all & Happy New Hip to me 🤗🤗🤗 The first photo is me all smiley before surgery & the next photo is me post surgery trying to smile but looking like I’ve been crying all day whilst sucking lemons 😂😂😂 The tea & toast definitely cheered me up - well at least until the anaesthetic wore off 😳😳 Yesterday was a big day when I managed a trip to with the best carer .mcneill47 & made it as far as Mo Molam’s bench in the walled garden !!

Unfortunately I won’t be baking for a while & will be missing the next 😢 but I will be back fighting fit for the March market 😁😁

Just home from another brilliant market 😁 Thank you so much to everyone who has stopped at our stall over the last few weeks to buy cupcakes or just have a chat 🥰 Thank you Joanne, Noel & all the team for yet another fab event 😁

Our last market of the year is the fab on Saturday 10-2pm where you can pick up pretty much everything you need for your Christmas dinner plus gifts - what’s not to like !!

Our first market this week is in Carryduff 😁😁

There will be some amazing locally made gifts and foodie treats to buy - and hot food and drinks too.

Local schools will perform Christmas carols and local dance and drama groups always add a special touch to the Christmas Market.

Whoo hoo it’s only one more sleep until the Royal Hillsborough Christmas Market & we will be there for both days !! This is a fabulous market with lots of really great traders in case you need to do some Christmas shopping or just a wee treat for yourself 😁

There is also a great street food selection. Find warming comfort food like hot fish chowder and filling burritos and hot sandwiches, alongside quick and tasty options such as freshly made bagels. You can also find hot crepes and bubble waffles.

Stop by and sample some of the region’s best street food while you soak up the festive atmosphere!

There will also be a great line up of entertainment and fun for kids.

Thank you so much to everyone who visited our stall last night at the Dundonald Christmas market, we had a brilliant time 😁🎄🎅🏼 Unfortunately today’s market in Lisburn had to be cancelled due to the terrible weather but I spent my day baking lots of cupcakes for tomorrow’s 😁😁
