This week we had the sweetest pleasure of creating a magical birthday cake for a very special little princess — a bright, creative girl who adores sprinkles and all things glitter! 👑💖

Her cake was decorated in beautiful winter colours of blue, silver, and white, covered with lots of sprinkles, delicate snowflakes, and shimmering silver-blue spheres.❄️✨

Inside, she enjoyed a red velvet cake, layered with our silky vanilla cream cheese frosting and a refreshing forest fruit insert 🍓🫐 finished with white chocolate ganache.

This time, she ordered a birthday cake for her husband and chose one of my favourites: Dulche de Leche.
It’s made with soft condensed-milk sponge layers, filled with caramelised white-chocolate cream, and finished with a bright raspberry insert for the perfect balance of sweetness and tang.

This cake was extra special to make — for a young man who just turned 16 and happens to be my godson 💙 He’s a huge Nike fan, so I kept the design minimalistic and sleek, featuring only the iconic Nike logo for that clean, sporty look 👟
Inside, I created a flavor combo inspired by Kinder Bueno, but with my own twist — layers of rich Belgian chocolate ganache, crispy pearls, and a smooth cream cheese filling, all perfectly balanced with a tangy sour cherry mousse 🍒🍫
