🐰🐣 Hope you had a lovely Easter weekend! 🐣🐰

I've been busy with lots of easter orders, which I enjoyed doing! Spring baking is always fun to do 🌸 🪻

Boxes of cupcakes, blondies and brownies were made and also happily eaten 😝.

These were a mix of vanilla and jam filled cupcakes with vanilla butter cream.. Triple Chocolate mini egg brownies with a creme egg... And bakewell blondies. All packaged in various sizes and easter decorations 😊🌸

I love how sparkly the brownies look! ✨

🚜Happy 16th Birthday Charlie! 🚜

I was really happy to be asked to make a fun cake for Charlie's 16th birthday. He is a tractor enthusiast and can even drive one!

I had to do something special, so made a lemon drizzle cake 🍋, with lemon curd and lemon buttercream filling, decorated in lemon buttercream. Lovingly finished with edible fondant decorations and some non edible toppers.

A zesty cake for a top notch boy!

These were great fun to do and tasted amazing 😋.

I offer a range of Easter baked goods such as the ones I did below:

🍫Bakewell and white chocolate blondies
🍫Cadbury Mini egg and creme egg brownies
🍫 Cupcakes boxes of 4, 6 or 12 with a filling such as jam or chocolate
🍫 Lemon buttery biscuits

I also offer easter hampers! These can have a range of treats in a hamper, wrapped in cellphane and a bow.🎀

🧁Avolites D3 launch Cupcakes!🧁

Throwback! (I forgot to post it!)

I was honoured to be asked to do lots of cupcakes for the launch of the Avolites product range for the D3 last year.

These were vanilla cupcakes decorated in the company colours of red and black (and swirled) buttercream, with their latest D3 product logo.

Loved being a part of this and they went down a treat!

🤠 🧸 You've got a friend in me!🧸 🤠

I had so much fun making these dairy free, Toy Story themed cupcakes for my nephew's 3rd birthday!

There were two different flavour combinations:

⭐ Vanilla, with vanilla buttercream filled with jam

⭐ Chocolate with chocolate buttercream filled with chocolate spread

And both DAIRY FREE!

The handmade fondant toppers really bring these cupcakes to life, including fluffy clouds, buzzlightyear, Woody and the green aliens! 👽

🥞 🍫 Happy Pancake Day!! 🍫 🥞

I made these lovely chocolate protein pancakes recently and loved them! A healthier alternative to normal ones.

These were drizzled with a low calorie chocolate sauce, topped with raspberries and blueberries. Very yummy 🤤

Each pancake was only 95 calories with 11g protein! 💪.

💰♥️Charity Brownies ❤️💰

I was asked and had the pleasure of baking some mini egg and valentines brownies for a charity bake sale! The charity was for street child 😊 and they all sold out!

They are gooey, rich triple chocolate brownies, half decorated in a valentines them with red glitter and sprinkles and the other half in Cadbury Mini eggs!

Absolutely yummy 😋 and both packaged beautifully.
