I’m so excited (and relieved!) to share that we’ve been awarded a 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating! 🎉🧁
If I’m honest, I was incredibly nervous about the inspection. As a small bakery owner, you work so hard behind the scenes, but having everything inspected is still daunting. You can’t help but worry, even when you know you’ve given it your all.
Receiving a 5 star rating means the world to me. It’s recognition of the care, cleanliness and high standards that go into every single bake that leaves my kitchen.
