Second night catering for The Pennine Spring Music Festival… Italian 🇮🇹 night tonight
So busy I only managed one photo of the Tomato Caprese.
The rest of the menu consisted of meat and veggie pasta dishes…. A lemon, rocket, pine nut and Parmesan salad and rosemary and Seasalt focaccia.

I had the pleasure of catering for the loviest couple today on their wedding day.
Afternoon tea for 70 with tea & coffee served to the tables.
I also made the wedding cake complete with fresh flower waterfall ( I was a florist before a baker )
The wedding cake was a three tiers with each tier being three layers. A zingy lemon sponge filled with lemon cheese, blueberry compote and an elderflower buttercream. Finished in fondant icing

“Just to say thank you for the delicious buffet, we have never had such good feedback for food we provided, everyone was asking for your details.
Especially popular, were the "sausage rolls", samosas and of course the cakes
