**No offence babes… 👀**
But we’re not just wrapping glass in silver over here.
I think sometimes people see sea glass jewellery and assume it’s a bit of wire, a bit of silver and *ta-da!* -jewellery.
And honestly… I wish it was that easy. 😂
Because behind every piece is actual silversmithing.
Sawing. Filing. Soldering. Annealing. Forming. Texturing. Setting. Polishing.
And then there’s the bit nobody sees:
**The perfectionism.**
That tiny gap that’s *technically fine* but I know is there?
Back to the bench.
That solder seam that you probably wouldn’t even notice?
I’ll notice.
That setting that’s sitting *slightly* wonky?
Absolutely not. 😂
I’m not interested in making jewellery that’s just “good enough”.
I take a piece of sea glass found on a Pembrokeshire beach and turn it into something that is **properly made, built to last and worthy of being worn.**
The sea glass might be the star of the show…
…but the silver work matters too.
So yes, I’m probably a little obsessive.
But when you buy a piece of Tlysau’r Môr, you’re not just buying a pretty bit of sea glass.
**You’re buying the hours, the skill, the mistakes, the do-overs and the ridiculous amount of care that went into making it.**
And I reckon that’s worth talking about. 🖤
