Top tier - classic vanilla bean sponge filled with vanilla swiss meringue buttercream and strawberry jam.
Middle tier - chocolate sponge with chocolate swiss meringue buttercream and milk chocolate ganache.
Bottom tier - vanilla bean sponge filled with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and passionfruit curd.

All covered with white chocolate ganache.
