This cake is from sometime in mid Feb 2024. I cannot seem to keep pace with social media. I don’t how people put up a story everyday. No wonder I don’t have followers 🤣. Any way!!! Seemingly not so hard cake gave me an afternoon full of nightmares .. the drips would not settle … I have done so many drip cakes but sudden change in the chocolate formula ( I think) they would not set. This is an issue I guess all bakers go thorough .. sometimes they change the formula of icing sugar, sometimes the baking powder and or the chocolate … and one would have no idea till they start working!!! Any way after working with all sorts of tricks finally it set!!!!!

I kind of like the look of the cake… the photo do not do justice as it was taken at night with very poor light setting
