Many of our creations are seeded in traditional family recipes that have been passed from generation to generation and our cakes are hand made from the freshest, high-quality ingredients. As mothers, we have always used natural ingredients and avoided artificial additives and we bring this approach to Halli & Shah. Wherever possible, we use organic, fair trade and sustainable products and aim to s

ource locally. We found that many cakes contain excess sugar, which we believe is simply not required. In developing our cakes, we consciously use the minimum refined sugar needed for a successful bake, whilst just as importantly maintaining their delicious flavour. Our cakes for babies and toddlers only contain natural ingredients and are free from refined sugar. We will try to fulfill all orders, but as we are a team of two, please order as far in advance as possible. Bespoke cakes available, on request. Our elegant, minimalist designs are suitable for celebrations, yet can be enjoyed at any time of the day. Can you think of anything more pleasurable than a generous slice of cake with your cuppa? At Halli & Shah, we believe YOU CAN HAVE YOUR CAKE AND EAT IT!
