Part 3 - It didn’t collapse 🙌 All went well - I just need to make the dowels slightly taller next time and add a couple extra - thanks to those who noted that 😊

A crumb-coat is exactly that - to lock in the crumbs. There’s no need to make it perfect at this stage but I prefer to do the hard work with the crumb-coat and then it’s easier to ice up 🙌
