Bullirum Christmas Cake 🎅

Here’s a little something festive for the team at . This spectacular fruit cake is made with most succulent of fruits including rich cherries and dates. Generously moistened with Bullirum liqueur to create a wonderfully rich treat.

These cakes have been a labour of love for our bake team - in particular, Sophie. Who’s kept them boozed up every other week since summer.
