Today was a tough day for the team, and I was told I should have stayed on holiday 🤣 but it’s true they aced it without me 🥹
But in all seriousness we did all leave with a sigh of relief which wasn’t quite how we’d come in. There are just days that don’t quite go the way you hope…
BUT I am so proud of how my team had each other’s back today, and of all the beautiful products that they created for tomorrow.
The Brie & Chilli Jam Danish has had an upgrade with Smoky Chilli Crunch from Chilli.Coast and it is 🔥😎
We’ll have them all week because they might just be my new favourite pastry!

We have Oranais and Cinnamon Buns with cream cheese frosting as our sweet specials, and Sundried Tomato & Basil sourdough for our bread special 😁
You can order these and much more on our website up until Monday evening (but better to order earlier for more choice 😉)
