A chocaholic creation for one of my vet colleagues' 50th birthday!
Can't beat a classic drip.

Details: chocolate fudge sponge with Bailey's chocolate ganache & Bailey's meringue buttercream - a match made in heaven!

Happy birthday Mr Birdsong! War of The Worlds (very specifically Jeff Wayne's musical version) was the request this year. I created a Tripod from fondant & skewers, had a lot of fun making this one!

Huge congratulations to the very happy couple Aimee & Sam, who tied the knot this weekend!

I LOVED making this floral beauty for them, colour scheme matched to the bride's bouquet (swipe for a top shot! ➡️)

The experiments continue... Today's tinkering was Jammie Dodger stuffed cookies (vegan) 🤤

Not ready to sell due to "structural issues" (i.e. they fell apart 😂) but that didn't matter to me & my cuppa this afternoon 😋

I've been quiet the last few months - I confess my baking mojo seemed to abandon me! But I can feel it creeping back, feeling inspired to test out new things and get back into the swing of my little business. Thank you for all your support ❤️
