I've been very quiet on social media this year!
There's a reason for that, I've come to the decision to close the treat house bakery.
It's been a fabulous 4.5 years, and I've lov it!
Running a business isn't easy, though. There is a lot of pressure and time involved.
Coming home from my busy day job, answering emails, quoting cakes, and often putting my apron on to start baking isn't something I want to do anymore.
I want to thank everyone over the years who have supported me and ordered from me.
I'll still be baking, my kids would be very upset if they didn't get the odd chocolate brownie! It'll just be stress free and when I feel like doing it from now on.
