I cant believe it's been a whole trip around the sun since my wee guy arrived. What better way to celebrate his 1st birthday than with an 8" Victoria sponge monster cake.. especially one that lights up! 🤭🎉❤️

My son Harris was born 4 weeks early on 16.05.22 ❤️

After 11 very long days in the NICU he's now home with Mum and Dad and wrapping us round his tiny fingers already. We wouldn't want it any other way ❤️🥰

As some of you are perhaps already aware; I'm currently in the process of baking our greatest creation 😊

This means that I'll be going on maternity leave soon. Any orders that I have booked in just now will be going ahead so don't worry about them! In the next few weeks I'll be drastically reducing the amount of orders I take on before I stop completely for a few (hopefully!) months.

If anyone has any name suggestions then feel free to drop them below 👇. You never know, if we take you up on it you may well end up with some free cake 🤭
