Hi everyone, Tonight I had my first complaint from a order I had this evening stating the above. This was very disappointing to me as i have been doing this for a while now and haven’t had any complaints or comments about my cupcakes. As this was my first negative review I would appreciate if anyone would leave me a wee comment with any disappointment you may have had that wasn’t brought to my attention. Any sort of review would be really appreciated as I am still a young business owner and there is still much for me to learn and improve on.

Kipling sponge!! They are so small that loads of them have fallen to the BOTTOM of the hole the base of the cupcake is supposed to sit in. They are unusable.You should not be advertising cupcakes when you quite clearly
don’t know what one is or maybe you think that you can shortchange people? You have ruined the ‘cake’ part of my daughter’s 21st. I want a £40 rebate tonight. I will now have to go out on the day of the party to find a replacement cake.You are lucky that I’m not asking for a full refund. You should now stop advertising until you know what your doing. I am entitled as a customer to be precise in my request for a product. At a charge of £65 you were certainly not doing me a favour ! They are NOT cupcake size ..I have purchased cupcakes many times! I will check your reviews on your website now. I won’t be able to return your cakes tomorrow as it is the day of the party. I will return them Saturday am between 9-10am”- Anonymous.
