Having studied through college for 4 years I’ve learned a lot about this industry from the practical to the non practical,
I’m not a gatekeeper, I actually enjoy to help people.. so with that being said, everyone on my Facebook who has decided to get into cake decorating / baking this ones for you🫶🏼
If anyone and I mean ANYONE is struggling with anything wether that be,
- “my sponge is so dense what’s making this happen?”
- “I can’t seem to gauge the right quantity for the cupcakes I’m going to make which then leaves them underfilled.. could you point me in the right direction?”
- “I like the piping style you’ve done here but I don’t know where to start could you advise?”
- “I want to work with fondant but again don’t know where to start could you give me some tips?”
Please please please ask!! This industry is so special if done correctly and everyone has the chance to thrive! The baking industry isn’t a place for people to become enemies or “competition” there’s enough cake and bread for everyone ❤️
