I’ve been having a nice little break from baking, just making the odd thing here and there, like these little marshmallow rice crispy millionaires!

I have been debating whether to just have the whole summer off baking and keeping the cake shed closed until September or doing one weekend for you all, which would probably be this weekend coming..

The summers hereee and the cake shed will be ready and waiting. The forecast is also looking pretty good for cake too, not sweltering hot!

How is it July already!? Will soon be the summer holidays!
The cake shed is back open this weekend, the forecast is looking a little warm but not silly hot like a couple of weekends ago. However I’m keeping with the slightly later opening time but going back to the later closing. ☀️
