Woo! What a week it’s been since our last Galashiels Soup event..
We’ve been busy gathering impact information from all of the participants and collating the audience responses..
We reflected on how impact can be measured and used to illustrate grassroots engagement in communities-specifically regarding start up and pre start up entrepreneurs…

We saw 4 passionate entrepreneurs present last Thursday evening and are excited to announce that Alicze from She Makes in Galashiels was the recipient of the micro-grant on the evening

Well done to all presenters, each one of you had an idea, beautifully unique.. and passionately expressed..
Thank you to audience community for coming out to support local businesses

Our Young Enterprise company Memribelia attended Gala Soup at Cafe Recharge last night to feedback on how they have used their winnings from September to expand their business. Fraser and Sean presented on how grateful the team are for the support of Gala Soup and the local community which they credit for the success of Memribelia. There are still some mugs and prints left for sale - if you'd like one, please contact us via social media or contact the school.

We are blown away! A truly wonderful evening, filled with community, networking, friendships-new and old coming together to listen to inspiring entrepreneurs sharing their ideas.. rounded off with delicious soup, bread and a warm welcome from Cafe Recharge ..
