These frozen boxes have been enjoyed by a new big sister! 👧

As you can tell from the crumbs she’s clutching, these oaty nutty cookies disappeared quickly! 😋 Mum has been sneaking a few tastes, too.

Such a pleasure to put together an allergen-friendly box for an old school friend who is having a birthday party for her daughter. 🥳

These mini muffins were made specially to avoid four different allergens, including egg. 🚫

As a result, the spinach and cheese muffins are packing an extra punch of protein from adding chia seeds! 💪

Gooey, guilt-free cocoa nut bars! 😋 🌱

My toddler cannot get enough of this. He calls it his “chocolate bar” and given the super-healthy ingredient list, I’d happily let him snack on it every day!

The base of this bar is a mix of nuts and seeds, along with three different fruits: prunes, dates and raisins - perfect for keeping anyone regular! 😉

The only “chocolate” is a dose of unsweetened cocoa powder, packed with protein and fibre. 💪

Keep in the freezer until you’re ready to have a snack! ❄️
