Good afternoon everyone,

I make box of 12 pieces of baklava which is made with filo pastries, lots of nuts ( walnuts ) with honey syrup delicately flavoured with cardamom and cinnamon.

Taste beautiful with coffee OR microwave 10 seconds and served with whipped cream as a dessert.

I prepare the on Mondays and Thursdays and deliver on Tuesday & Fridays Keeps in the fridge for 1 week.

Price for each box is £12.50, I accept bank transfer only.

Gold, Frankincense and Baklava!

Primrose Baklava returns due to popular demand.
During Covid I started a little business baking and selling fresh Baklava locally... things got busy and I started receiving orders from as far away as Norfolk.
Following various requests Primrose Baklava returns for Christmas 2022.
From the first of December I will be making 2 batches each week ready for collection from Alvanley each Tuesday and Friday or deliver to your door by small charge.

Packaged attractively these make great Christmas gifts or treats to serve to you Yuletide visitors as an alternative to mince pies.

We’re adding Iranian rose rice pudding to our delivery menu.

Rice puddings are known in nearly every part of the world, but the recipes vary in different countries. In Iran it is served as a dessert, it's delicious, sweet rose flavours typical of Iran.

( The flowers are dried roses and it's for decorating)
