HELLO 🩷

I'm back from my holiday and throwing it back to the last cake I made before I switched off for the week, which was this super cute unicorn cake! I haven't made one of these in ages! This was a vanilla sponge filled with strawberry jam and marshmallow buttercream!! Tasty!! 😋

LOOK AT ALL THOSE FLOWERS 😍😍😍

I absolutely loved being able to go wild with the flowers on this cake! And I really love the outcome, so whimsical and just gorgeous!

Getting to work alongside Rach at The Flower Bee again was a joy as always 🙌😍 I'm always delighted when we get to work on the same event!!

I have more photos to share of the cake at the gorgeous Neidpath Castle, including a cheeky wee taste tester!! 🐾

Gorgeous summery vibes from yesterday's wedding! What a joy it was to create this cake for such a special day.

The flavour inside was Brown Sugar Sponge with Vanilla Buttercream and Caramel 😋

I made lots of other treats to go along with the cake, to create a super tasty dessert table! I'll share those too, but the cake definitely deserved a post of it's own 😍

Adorable little Jellycat cupcakes!! Who knew a piece of toast could be so cute?! 😆

Also, I have sooo many cakes that I haven't got round to posting!! Whoops!! Must do better!! Any other small businesses have millions of photos on their phone but forget to post them?! 😵‍💫🙈

I have a few spare boxes from this weeks bakes available! Each box contains the following:

2 x Gold Caramel Cornflake
2 x Coconut Pistachio White Chocolate
2 x Double Chocolate Cakes

£20 per box. Collection tonight in Innerleithen or delivery tomorrow after 4.30pm.

My lovely friend Bethany married her best friend Euan last week, and I was lucky enough to be asked to make this gorgeous wedding cake!

We were also lucky enough to be guests for the whole day, which was so lovely, especially with this glorious weather we're having! And, after surviving the 2 hour journey and the heat, I was so happy when it was finally cut, and I actually got to eat a piece of my own cake!

Congratulations again to a wonderful couple! I loved making your cake 🩷

Apologies to anyone waiting for a reply!

I've been on my holidays in the wonderful Dorset sunshine and have tried to stay away from too much Cake Admin!!

I'll get back to you all shortly, however, I'm going to enjoy this last couple of days off before I'm straight back into wedding cake season!
