Using a new baking method for the sourdoughs today, the results are excellent even if I do say so myself. Available from Sat 9-12 whilst they last!
Changing of the seasons, weather , temperature, humidity always throw up some challenges when baking, especially sourdoughs with these ones being a 36 hour process, having to adapt and change methods is part of the process. Keeps me on my toes!!
