My partner and I both work in highly challenging environments. We both love cooking but we haven't got enough time due to our busy schedules. Hello everyone... Happy New Year to you all...

Been busy for the past few weeks as I have been on holiday. Been to see family in the Philippines to spend Christmas and New Year, after 7 long years. I am sorry for anyone whose request for a cake I have declined. Work has been busy lately too. Which is why I haven't posted for a while.

The cake on the photo is one that I baked for my brother's birthday. And it was surreal to have made a cake for family for the first time since I started making them. It was nice to see them seeing and tasting something I created, which was only visible to them in photos before.
