I was asked to make these biscuits along with the ITFC cupcakes by a family friend for an event, where they were presenting the young boy with his new Power Chair to be able to play football.

8” 3 layered Victoria sponge cake decorated in fondant and chocolate melts for a science theme.

The tubes are filled with 3 different jelly flavours

Sometimes cakes will go amazing first time and others like this one will test your patience… I don’t think a single thing went right 🤦🏼‍♀️😂 fondant ripping so had to try a new technique… my edible prints not coming off their backing sheets without ripping and a chocolate melts drip that didn’t go on smooth.

However as much as I wasn’t 100% happy the customer and their family loved the cake.
