It is a beautiful day in Cornwall...the house can stay messy till later I am going out to play! :)...P.s I made a lush crumble last night..I even ate it for breakfast-will share later...have a swell day peeps :)

I went surfing last wknd.... First time ever I've only been in Cornwall 12 years!! Tut tut...if you're ever in Cornwall and fancy a lesson I would highly recommend these guys :)

This is the tutorial I used to get sharp edges by Way Beyond Cakes by Mayen- so simple! I use a clear one on top and I buy the cheap thin flexi chopping boards from supermarket and cut my own smoothers out of them :)
