To say I’ve had a stressful day is an understatement! I had to have my phone fixed, which should’ve taken an hour… I’ve only just got it back which has meant I haven’t been able to do a single stock update, and it’s affected my sales 🥺 it just shows the power of social media!

I’m open and I’ll be open until 9pm! Then I’ll be open tomorrow with the remaining stock.

HAPPY EASTER 🐣

I’ve had such a lovely relaxing weekend but was reminiscing last night on what Easter has looked like for me over the years. And while it all looks lovely colourful and delicious, the reality of these weekends usually left me missing out on time with my children and leaving me well and truly burnt out.

With the cost of ingredients continuing to soar (particularly chocolate 😭), I made the decision at the start of last year to move away from this side of the cake business and focus on what got me started in the first place, my passion, celebration cakes.

A hard decision because at times I relied on these special occasions to keep my cake business a float but time and health is the most important thing in life and these events drained me of both.

By persevering, and never giving up I’ve been able to find ways to continue doing what I love and being able to enjoy time with my family when it matters the most.

As always I’m SO super grateful for every order that allows me to continue doing what I love 🫶🏼✨

My first post of 2026 😬 Is it too late to say Happy New Year? I mean this is when lots of living things come out of hibernation right? my social media presence on this account included 🙈

Lots of messages asking me if I’m still doing cakes has given me the kick up the bum I’ve needed to start showing you all what I’ve been up to in the kitchen this year so far, it’s been busy 😌

There’s been wedding cakes, christening cakes, dog cakes, frog cakes, 100th birthdays, 1st birthdays, and everything in between!

I’ve set myself a challenge to post every day in April to try and bring a bit of life back to this account. Any interaction is always so appreciated 🫶🏼✨
