One of the 30+ treat boxes that went out this Eid. I baked around 135 cupcakes, chocolate coated around 200 dates, packed over 200 and , made cake jars and brownies and desserts. I was tired to say the least but alhamdulillah received lots of good feedback.

These treat boxes are still so much in demand, I've made a couple every week since Eid and had to turn so many people away because I just couldn't handle any more.

Grateful for all of my loyal customers and supporters as my business starts its 3rd year alhamdulillah.

So grateful alhamdulillah, but still so much work to do.

T I E R E D W E D D I N G C A K E |

My first ever tiered wedding cake and my first ever 3 tier ordered by a friend for her brother in law's wedding back in March.

Isn't it amazing how much trust and support from friends can help push your business boundaries and get you to create things you've never done before?

Looking back, I really enjoyed making this cake. At the time I was saying I'm never doing 3 tiers again 😥 I was so stressed about carrying it and transporting it to the venue, my dad was entrusted with driving and not my husband, poor guy stood faaar away because he knows what I'm like 🤦‍♀️🤭 we drove the whole way there without looking at the cake tucked away in the boot, but alhamdulillah it made it there in one piece.

Cake was baked at my house and decorated and assembled at my mum's - I literally took everything I could think of, from spatulas to containers lol.

Top tier - red velvet
Middle tier - chocolate
Bottom tier - vanilla

There's so much I would change about it but so happy with what I accomplished alhamdulillah.

These are the lemon and cake slices made to raise money for Darul Uloom Leicester a couple of weeks ago. I didn't manage to take pics of the brownies and blondies 😔

JazakAllah to everybody that contributed, either by buying something or by sharing and forwarding, Allah reward you all immensely in this world and the hereafter, ameen.

A total of £144.50 was raised from the weekends bakes and has been forwarded onto Darul Uloom.

This design is proving pretty popular, I've been requested to make it a couple of times since I first made it back in December, but I'd still love to do it again in another colour.

This was a tall 6" cake. I almost swore at my husband quite a few times whilst driving with this, does anyone else feel this way when travelling with cakes?

My camera didn't pick up the coloura very well, for some people it looked blue and I thought it looked more grey. It was supposed to be purple?!

So excited to show you the cake that travelled from Leicester all the way to France! A lovely French sister ordered this for her English grandmother living in France. (I don't know how she travelled so far with it, I have heart attacks just driving 5 mins round the corner)

The brief was 6", grey with stars on and loads of sparkle. Unfortunately my camera didn't pick up the grey shade (it looks a bit murky) or the sparkle but I went mad with the glitter spray, thanks again for getting me addicted!

For some of my recent cakes I've been making my own sprinkle mix, I had to separate the white and black ones from a tub with purple ones in, it was a headache but looked great. Putting the sprinkles on was a headache too 😥

I initially did the cake without the rope design on top but it looked way too bare, I'd thought of putting the rope on but wasn't sure til I'd made it, inspo for the rope definitely came from

Cake table consisted of a vanilla sponge cake with jam, vanilla buttercream and handmade sprinkles, personalised hand painted shortbread biscuits and lemon cake pops (these were so lush!)
