Definitely a challenge for me this one, out of my comfort zone, as not use to doing carved cakes..... I know I achieved it, so proud of myself!. Ben & his family loved it, talk of the night! I get asked for a cake, get given a brief (always get a picture of something simular they want) Then I use my creative skills to put it together! Here it is!

Hey likies, I'm so rushed off my feet with my main job, & looking after my wonderful family. Need to let you all know that I'm closing my books for a short period until I'm back on the straight & narrow! Still doing the cakes I've got planned for the next month or so, so don't worry to those that see this post
