In addition to the new Christmassy flavours they will include one brownie flavour from the original Calypso Cocoa box.

But I need your help to choose which one! 🤔

It's been such a busy Summer, both in business and personally.

So much so I've realised I've a backlog of posts I've never shared with you!

Kicking off with one of my favourite cakes this year, just for the pure nostalgia and also seeing the expression on my lil' sis' face when she pressed that button! 😀

Cakes that trigger an emotional response like this are definitely the ones I love to make.

A beautiful setup today for Andy and Fiona, who are celebrating their Ruby wedding anniversary.

40 years of marriage definitely deserves a special cake.

An elegant 2 tier cake with handmade sugar flowers, brush embroidery, and sparkly topper.

One tier is a traditional Victoria sponge, and the other is a zesty soft lemon sponge with tangy lemon curd and smooth vanilla buttercream.

Perfect for a spring celebration. 😊
