Buttercream Blossom tutorial.......Wilton #104 nozzle, Jem #3 & flower nail......that's it! Minus any music Mr Facebook!

Plus a buttercream rose ready for a buttercream cake! Not terribly seasonal but I thought I'd film it whilst I was making one! You will need a Wilton #104 tip (thin end pointed down), a buttercream nail, buttercream coloured to your taste (I used Sugar Flair's Pink paste) and parchment paper to sit your flowers on. The key is to create 'arches' with your nozzles, wrapping them over the previous petal. Don't worry if it is a little rough round the finished edges as you won't see that when it's on the cake! Happy piping 😘
