This is why we love our job ♥️

Since myself and Jay got married last year, we have taken more bookings for weddings and events across Skye and local areas. We LOVE seeing the guests happy and enjoying the food we put so much passion into making. It reminds us of our big day and we absolutely adore being a part of the reason why someone else's day is just as memorable ☺️

We often hear feedback verbally on the day, but it's not often we receive a heart felt message after the event ends ♥️

Bailey & Kendal were a fantastic couple. Both of them and their family were so kind, welcoming and you could truly see how the couple clicked and we're simply made for each other. It was an absolute pleasure to cater for their wedding and we wish them many happy years together ♥️Thank you for having us!

It's so great to see a lot of interest again this year!🙌

Forget the pricey sit down meals and predictable party food this Christmas… we're bringing something a little different to the table! 🖤

Whether you're planning a staff Christmas party, a family get-together, a festive celebration with friends or an end-of-year gathering, our Festive Buffet is designed to bring people together over seriously good food!

Inspired by the Highlands and handcrafted here on the Isle of Skye, our festive menu celebrates locally sourced Skye meats, traditional Highland flavours and the very best seasonal ingredients.

✨ SO, WHAT'S ON THE MENU?

🥧 Buttery pocket pies filled with slow-cooked Skye venison, tender hogget and seasonal vegetables.

🔥 Our signature festive sausage rolls, including the ever popular Yule Roll with pork, brie, cranberry and chestnuts.

🥓 small bites, perfect for snacking, including maple-mustard glazed pigs in blankets.

🧀 A generous in house sourdough charcuterie board, piled high with delicious highland cheeses, cured meats and festive accompaniments.

🍰 And, of course, something sweet to finish!

We've also included vegetarian options! Gluten free, dairy free & vegan substitutes are also possible, so there's something for everyone around the table.

Well… what a week. 😂

Two weddings, A.C.E Fest, a ridiculous amount of baking, and because apparently being busy wasn’t quite stressful enough, yesterday decided to throw in a few bonus challenges.

Because of COURSE it did.

Yesterday afternoon, while picking up a member of staff before heading off to cater our second wedding of the week, Ivan the IVECO decided he was quite comfortable where he was and got himself completely imbedded in the gravel of a side road while we were turning around 🤦‍♀️

Cue mild panic, some questionable decision-making and a rescue mission from the absolute hero that is Matt at A.C.E Target Sports, Isle of Skye , who managed to tow us out and get us back on the road. 😂

Crisis over.

Or so we thought.

We finally arrived at the wedding venue, ready to get everything set up and get cooking…

The venue was locked...for f*cks sake...

Because apparently yesterday’s theme was “How many ways can we test Molly before she loses her sh*t?” 😂

BUT — against all odds, a minor gravel-related disaster and one very locked building later…

Our amazing wedding team pulled it off. 🔥

The wedding went beautifully, everyone went home happy and full, A.C.E Fest was brilliant, and somehow we survived the week with our sanity mostly intact.

Running a small business is glamorous, guys. 😂

Massive thank you to everyone who helped us through the chaos, and especially Matt for rescuing both the van and what remained of my mental stability.

The new Phoenix tag line is "where tradition meets chaos" ... yesterday there was definitely more chaos 🤣
