Behind this video are almost 10 years of my life ๐
I moved from Belarus to the UK many years ago and started baking as a hobby, especially macarons. At first it was just for friends and family, but I kept hearing the same thing: โyou should sell theseโ.
So I started small: Facebook and Instagram pages, local orders, neighbours, friends, word of mouth.
When we moved to Edinburgh, I registered my home bakery, built a website, and slowly turned it into a real business. Instagram became my main tool โ I posted almost daily: baking, fillings, packaging, new flavours, behind the scenes.
Very quickly I realised: people buy story, trust, and personality. Thatโs how the brand started growing.
Over time, I added collaborations, ads, seasonal collections, and the business became fully booked during busy periods.
Thatโs also when people started asking how I make macarons and how to start selling them.
So I created a structured macaron training that includes everything Iโve learned over the years: from mastering macaron technique and achieving perfect shells, to building your first customers and starting a small pastry business.
