I often get messages asking if I do birthday cakes. Generally my reply is ‘no sorry but I recommend…. ‘ and give the name of a local amazing cake maker. On this occasion I did state I don’t do fondant but could make a layered sponge. This was indeed, what their child wanted so here it is…. Vanilla sponge with biscoff buttercream, crumbs and sauce. Yummy!

Wow! Bonnie Bakes is 2! 2 years ago I put my first fb post out selling bags of traybakes. I’m overwhelmed and so grateful how things have organically grown. I never could have even imagined working with so many lovely people, teaching in care homes, hosting children’s birthday parties and corporate workshops, catering for events and of course making lots of tasty treats to order along the way! I am so grateful for every opportunity that has come my way. Thank you for your continuing support. I could never have made it without you. Giveaway coming soon. 🙏🤗🎉
