Bonnie Bakes welcomed its first international visitors (from Berlin) for a ‘Wee Taste of Bonnie Scotland’ workshop. It was a wonderful afternoon learning how to make traditional shortbread and scones. Whilst these were baking it was time to relax whilst being served a range of drinks and a Scottish afternoon tea. What a great way to share stories about culture, traditions and food whilst learning a new skill.

A new customer asked if I would replicate a special cake that was made for an occasion in Morocco. They wanted rustic but super delish. I was more than happy to oblige and delighted they were happy with it.
