Our Facebook Policy:

The aim of this page is to regularly update parents, carers and friends of Stobhill Primary School with news about events, activities and our school as well as to share other relevant information about our community. We intend to promote parental involvement and bring parents and carers work together alongside the school for the benefit of all our pupils. Friends of Stobhill

host Tea and Cake every Friday morning from 9am - 10am in the school community room where we meet to plan events to raise funds for the school and discuss any issues. We also meet regularly with the Head Teacher Ruth Lang. We aim to make our coffee meetings feel as informal as possible to encourage participation in order to ensure as wide a range of views as possible are represented. Therefore we wish to encourage all parents/carers to put forward your suggested topics/concerns/ideas for discussion via this page, private message or post, to our email: [email protected] or to the school email [email protected]. This page is monitored by its admins who are also members of Friends of Stobhill. The admins reserve the right to edit/remove/ delete comments found to be unsavoury, inappropriate and/or abusive and warn and block the users who have posted such comments. Mr Wilson and the team at Stobhill primary would like our parents help us to identify areas for improvement for session 2026/27.
we would like to ask our parents/carers to suggest an area that you think we could focus on.

It might be a particular curricular area (E.G. Science or P.E.), or it might be an aspect of school life that you feel needs some attention (E.G. uniform/trips/parental activities). We will collate all the answers and try to address the most common themes in our School Improvement Plan for next session.

Please take a couple of minutes to record your thoughts. It can be a one word answer or you can provide as much information/reasoning as you like.

We are still looking for donations for the following countries:

We understand that due to the current cost of living crisis it's difficult for our families.
We have made the decision to move away from class hampers and do this as a whole school.

If you can donate anything for the countries listed above (even something the colours of their flag) please hand this into the school office before Wednesday.
