Let it go, let it goooo!
Delighted with how this cake turned out this weekend.
This frozen themed (if you couldn’t tell) cake with strawberry jam, vanilla butter icing with icing fondant snowflakes with some sparkly glitter to give it that snowy/wintry feel ⛄️

What do you do to unwind? Work has been MENTAL recently so I decided to take some time to do some baking (forgot how much it eases my mind). Might not be a glamorous cake but these apple, cinnamon and oat cooking definitely did the head good and are healthier than my usual bakes (so I can eat 5 right? 🤷🏻‍♀️)

Made this beauty for a friends nephew’s 18th. Wish I could say I made the macarons but after two tries, I gave up and bought them from M&S 🤦🏻‍♀️
I will persevere and try again in the future 😂
