We are a mobile bakery, serving homemade patisseries, cakes, sweet and savoury muffins and croissants, as well as a variety of other lunchtime offerings. We are passionate about creating seasonal dishes that are full of variety and big on flavour, all in our newly converted vintage 1967 Citroen HVan named "Annie"
We are now trading at various events, festivals and private parties so keep an eye o
ut for regular updates on our calendar. We are proudly serving a delicious variety of "Novus" Award winning loose leaf tea's, including;

- Organic jasmine
- Citrus chamomile
- Egyptian mint
Our coffee is supplied by 'Roasted' coffee company in Brighton, we are currently serving "Blue mountain" blend, freshly ground to order. Everything we produce has been hand crafted within our converted HVan. We hope you love it as much as we do, come and see how beautiful she is for yourselves.
