🥳FINLAY IS 12 🥳

A simple looking cake but very specific flavour requests from Finlay. It had to be my usual chocolate cake, also needed to include galaxy ganache and maybe nutella.

Added a few wee football bits and party sprinkles too. 🎉

Baking is still mostly on hold, but enjoying doing wee bits and bobs like these.

👰‍♀️ BRIDE TO BE 👰‍♀️

Brown sugar sponge, Biscoff filling, white chocolate ganache and Biscoff buttercream for this cake which was taken on a Hen Weekend. Decorated with a Biscoff drip and some Biscoff biscuits.

🎂 Happy Birthday to Me! 🎂

For my Big Birthday last week I made this wee beauty. A simple design but it was all about the flavours..

Chocolate Sponge, Nutella Filling, Raspberry infused milk chocolate ganache and a sea salted chocolate buttercream. 🍫

Finished with some of my favourite raspberry chocolates and rainbow sprinkles.

🍯 STICKY TOFFEE CAKE! 🍯

The iconic dessert but in cake form! Three toffee sponges filled with homemade toffee sauce and toffee buttercream. Can be eaten alone or warm with ice cream or cream.

A surprise 60th cake for one of my lovely colleagues.

This 9th Birthday cake went out this morning to the lucky Tranent Colts 2013 raffle winner.

Simple vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream and jam filling decorated in light green and lemon yellow.

Lachlan’s teacher is moving on so I asked him if he wanted to get/make him anything and he chose this cookie cake.

Been a wee while since I’ve made one 🍪

Still don’t have a date for surgery so no updates on that front. ❤️
