This colourful two tiered cake was made for Max’s 1st Birthday, both tiers were Victoria sponge cakes layered with homemade raspberry jam and fresh vanilla buttercream. The cake was topped off with two hand made fondant dinosaurs (which I hope Max enjoyed tasting!)
