I just realised I haven’t posted anything in over a year! Apart from the odd family cake, I’ve been busy with my main job. However, now I have more time, in between homeschooling and the odd day at work, I’ve been enjoying baking for family. Scones, jam and clotted cream tomorrow!

Haven’t posted in a long time as so busy with my main job, but here’s my latest cake made for my son today. A 3 layer vanilla sponge cake with seedless raspberry jam and buttercream filing, covered with buttercream icing and decorated with Cadbury’s chocolate fingers and 4 1/2 bags of M&M’s!
