Some are not even opened 😭 don’t even want to think how much there is here.

I think it’s the end for My little french gourmandise.... a chapter closes for now but another adventure starts for me too, I’m grateful for those who supports my wild dream for the time being, I would miss you but maybe I would still see you through my new business who’s slowing setting up... I would tell you more about it shortly !

I adored doing all the cakes I made, I took pride of every single one of them, but with my boys having three different school hours, who makes the working hours very very short, and the gathering and parties not being allowed, which is absolutely understandable there is no work left for me.

But that’s ok, life is full of surprises and you just have to bounce back and deal with all the events life throw at you one after another.

Hello to my lovely customers 👋

I have been approached few times lately to see if I’ve started working back.

Unfortunately not yet, I still have the three boys 100% at home I can’t juggle everything. The work quality I aim for wouldn’t be reach if I take orders from now on, and I wouldn’t want to disappoint you.

In September they have 3 different school hours, which would make my working hours very very short, so I would see how I get on and let you as soon as I’m taking orders back.

It’s still a difficult time for all of us and it’s definitely not an easy task to find the right balance.

Thanks for your patience and bearing with me.

I won’t take any order from now on until the Covid-19 situation gets better. I am truly sorry for all my customers I had to cancel the orders from, my family comes first. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Gold, pink and chocolate drip cake 🎂

This cake is a chocolate overload 🍫 😍

It’s a mudcake with loaaaads of maltesers and toblerone 😋

I made some meringues and there is also some American buttercream for the decoration.

This cake was for a 18th birthday, the client add the pink cake topper afterwards. I would update the post as soon as I have a picture with it.

A very classy and elegant 2 tiers cake for a fabulous 40th!

I love the rose gold colour 😍

The bottom tier is a Molly cake with a raspberry curd and Italian meringue buttercream covered with chocolate ganache and the top tier is a lemon Molly cake with lemon curd 🍋 with Italian meringue buttercream covered with chocolate ganache.

The combination between raspberry and lemon is heaven 🤤

This cake serves about 80-90 people.

How cute and colourful 💐look this bee 🐝 theme cake ?

The honeycomb is made of white chocolate 🍯 we also have a Molly lemon cake 🍋 🎂 first attempt but definitely not the last ! It was so yummy !!! 😋 two layers of lemon curd 🍋 perfectly zingy and tangy that goes perfectly with the Italian meringue buttercream which bring some lightness and sweetness 😍

The first cake of the year !

Peonies cake 💐

The cake is an ombré of buttercream I didn’t want to smooth at 100% the buttercream to give the cake more texture with the golden drip and some edible golden flakes. It is filled with strawberry curd 🍓 and Italian meringue buttercream, decorated with white open peony and a dark rose close peony 💐

Really enjoyed making this one, having the freedom of creativity 😍

What a challenge this cake has been, but it was such a good fun ! Really enjoyed making it.

Molly cake with chocolate Italian meringue buttercream, the beef burger is made of cake crumbs and chocolate ganache, all the cake is of course covered in chocolate ganache.

A very chocolatey cake 😋
