Our Ultimate Chocolate Brownies really are something special. Rich chocolate brownie topped with a layer of smooth chocolate and topped with chocolate treats.
With Father’s Day just around the corner we have put together a treat box and of course this beauty is being included.
The box will contain a mixture of cupcakes, brownies and rocky road and will be available to order for collection in Wollaston, Northamptonshire.

I just love Peonies. They are stunning when in full bloom and are even more special as they have a very short flowering season. I walked out to this beauty in my garden this morning.
I often look to nature for inspiration and in fact this stunning Peony has inspired a cake design I’ve been working on. Watch this space!!!!

We made this elegant yet contemporary wedding cake a few years ago. The beautiful bride wanted a very simple understated cake which included her champagne gold theme. Each tier is surrounded by fondant balls. Nearly three hundred and each one hand rolled and finished in lustre dust to give a subtle sparkle. The cake looked beautiful once all set up at Dodford Manor.
We still have a few dates available for 2026 weddings and our diary is open for 2027.

Don’t get me wrong I love my family dearly but they are happy with any cake scraps they’re given. At least that’s what they tell me anyway.
