Here's the very talented Daisy who's playing Buddy's love interest, Jovie. Jovie works as a store elf in Macy's grotto, but she's definitely not feeling festive. She certainly doesn't believe Buddy was brought up by Santa in the North Pole. Can he convince her? Get your tickets to find out!

We're delighted Daisy is back on stage with us for Elf The Musical. She's a total triple threat, being a great singer, dancer and actor. She choreographed Calendar Girls for us, but hasn't taken a principal role since her stunning portrayal of Wednesday Addams in 2022. Prior to that she was incredible as Belle in Beauty and the Beast and as the title role in Annie. She is absolutely superb as Jovie and you definitely need to come and see her!

This is the lovely Gary who is playing Buddy's grumpy workaholic Dad, Walter in Elf The Musical. Finding out you have a 30 year old son you knew nothing about would shock most people. And when that son is Buddy the Elf it's a lot to take in! And Walter is not happy about it! He definitely isn't on Santa's nice list. Will Buddy be will be able to change him? Get your tickets to find out!

Gary is a fabulous performer with a gorgeous mellow baritone voice. He won TV talent show Opportunity Knocks three times in the 90s when it was hosted by Bob Monkhouse and Les Dawson. He was brilliant as John in Calendar Girls and as Max in the Sound of Music. We are delighted he's returned for Elf.

Come and hear Gary sing and find out for yourself why he got all those votes on Opportunity Knocks!

Are you on Santa's Naughty List?

With Elf The Musical only 12 days away, Santa is checking in with the Department for Christmas Affairs to see who's been Naughty or Nice.

Find your name and, if you dare, tell us which list you're on! Do you agree with the verdict?

Whether you're nice or naughty, you'll be very welcome at Elf The Musical!

We're at The Lyric Dinnington from 20-24 October! Call 07347 254 896 or book online at www.ticketsource.co.uk/dinningtonoperatics

(PS, yes we know this is last year's list, but the 2026 list isn't out yet so it's still current!)

The Department of Christmas Affairs uses the Global Behaviour Tracking Network and data mining technology to determine who will be in good favour come Christmas.

Here's Kim, who's playing Emily Hobbs, who is married to Buddy's dad, Walter. Emily is Mum to Michael, but warms to Buddy and supports him when grumpy Walter wants nothing to do with him. She's definitely on Santa's nice list!

Kim has been with DOS for four years and has taken principal roles in every production. She was fabulous as leading lady Chris in Calendar Girls last year. She has an incredible singing voice and can belt out a number as well as any pro - and she's also a very good actor. She has two stunning duets with stage son Michael in Elf which are sure to amaze you!

Don't miss this chance to hear Kim sing, she's brilliant!

We have two extraordinary young performers sharing the role of Buddy the Elf's little brother, Michael. Michael is sad that his father, Walter, is too busy at work to spend time with him. He is delighted to find out he has a big brother he never knew about who is so much fun!

You will be amazed by the talent and professionalism of Seb and Ollie. They are both superb actors and brilliant singers and we are incredibly proud of them. We are even more delighted that they have both come to Elf via our Student Academy where they have gained the confidence and ability to perform so well. They also have a second role as a precocious brat making demands of Macy's store Santa in his grotto and they are both so funny.

Ollie will be playing Michael on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday evening. Seb will be playing Michael on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday afternoon. Can't decide? Why not get tickets for both?!

It's Santa! WE KNOOOOOW HIM!!

Well, of course we know him! He's the fabulous Mark, our Society chairman! Santa is the show's narrator and keeps the audience in the loop. Santa just wants a quiet life, but Buddy and the Christmas elves have other ideas. On top of that, New Yorkers don't have enough Christmas spirit to power Santa's sleigh! Will Christmas even happen this year??? Show your Christmas spirit! Get your tickets!!!

Mark is constantly busy working for DOS behind the scenes, but he's a wonderful performer, especially in comedy roles, and he has a lovely singing voice. He often takes part in our pantos and it's great that he's joining us on stage this year for Elf The Musical.

Don't miss this rare chance to see how fab he is!

Here's the very talented Amy, who is playing secretary Debs in Elf The Musical. Debs manages Walter's diary and becomes very fond of Buddy when he shows up at the office. She inadvertently causes chaos when she shows Buddy how to use the shredder and he ....well, you'll just have to get a ticket to find out!

Amy has played leading roles in all our recent productions. She shone as Annie in Calendar Girls last year, was stunning as Viv in Spend Spend Spend and who could forget her magnificent rendition of Climb Ev'ry Mountain in The Sound of Music?
