I run my bakery from Home, I work alone and have a 5 star hygiene rating. I mainly like to create buttercream cakes or ganache.

I can cater for all occassions. I also have a part time Job as a catering assistant at DGS.

The cake shed/fridge will be open tomorrow (Friday 22nd) from 8am! I will be CLOSED next week due to half term and being away! So make sure you stock up this week! The brownies can be frozen, this does not affect their taste or texture, they will be exactly the same once defrosted.
