I run my bakery from Home, I work alone and have a 5 star hygiene rating. I mainly like to create buttercream cakes or ganache.

I have just made these fresh cheesecakes up this morning to go with the few batches of brownie and blondies I made last night! I had some ingredients left in the house so thought why not make some extras and open today. It will be around midday! Will announce later 😁

The shed has been super busy! Just wanted to thank you all for the support! My lovely regulars and lots of new visitors yesterday and today! Hope you all enjoyed them? My menu changes from week to week so keep an eye out! I mainly open Fridays and over the weekends due to my main job working in the DGS kitchen. Thank you again

Here are some of the treats for this week!
I have had to delay the opening times for tomorrow due to my thermal printer going to printer heaven!!! I can not legally put my bakes out with no labels. New printer is ordered and due between 7am-1pm tomorrow! So will put up a notice when iv managed to open. Thanks ☺️
