Goodbyes at the Theatre –

Saying goodbye is never easy, but at least she left in serious style!
To mark her next adventure beyond Derby Theatre, I whipped up a gorgeous vegan vanilla and jam sponge cake—light, fluffy, and totally plant-based. Because farewell cake should be inclusive and delicious!

And because I can never resist adding a little extra indulgence… I also popped in a cheeky batch of double chocolate brownies on the side (those ones were not vegan, sorry vegans!
