A little rainbow magic… 🌈✨

A beautiful 6-inch rainbow-themed cake accompanied by 60 matching cupcakes, all made with light vanilla sponge and delicious raspberry and white chocolate buttercream. 🧁🤍

A little behind-the-scenes , from the delicate rainbow details to every individually piped buttercream swirl, this was such a lovely order to create. Seeing the full display come together was definitely worth all the piping! 🥰

Raksha Bandhan is a beautiful Indian festival celebrating the special bond between brothers and sisters. Sisters traditionally tie a rakhi around their brother’s wrist as a symbol of love and protection, with gifts and, of course, plenty of sweet treats exchanged!

These rich, fudgy brownie pizzas were loaded with chocolatey fudge frosting and toppings and a topper. The perfect dessert for sharing and celebrating together. 💕

My take on two indulgent favourites… Dubai Chocolate and Crunchy Caramel Cornflake Brownies 🤎✨

Both start with a rich, fudgy brownie base:

💚 Dubai Chocolate – layered with pistachio and crispy kataifi, finished with smooth chocolate and crushed pistachios.

🤎 Crunchy Caramel Cornflake – topped with a deliciously crisp caramel cornflake layer and a drizzle of milk chocolate.
