✨ BIG ANNOUNCEMENT ✨

I’ve been so excited to finally share this with you… 🤍

From 8th August, you’ll be able to find me at Toast & Co, Allestree, where I’ll be joining the team to manage this beautiful new café. And the best bit? The Cake Club is coming too! 🍰

It honestly feels like everything has come full circle.

If you’ve been following my journey from the beginning, you’ll probably remember Aroma in Spondon. Those were some of my favourite years. I loved seeing so many familiar faces come through the doors for breakfast, lunch, coffee and, of course, leaving with a box of cakes.

I’ve genuinely missed that.

So when this opportunity came along, it just felt like the perfect fit.

From 8th August, you’ll once again be able to pop in for a great coffee, enjoy breakfast or lunch with friends, and head home with a box of Cake Club treats. The counter will be packed with your favourites, alongside plenty of new bakes that I can’t wait for you to try.

But this isn’t just about the cakes…

The food at Toast & Co is going to be something really special. Our incredibly talented chef has created an exciting menu full of fresh, flavour-packed breakfasts and delicious lunches all made with real care and quality ingredients. Every little detail has been thought about to create a café you’ll want to visit again and again.

I’m so excited to be part of Toast & Co from the very beginning and can’t wait to welcome so many familiar faces through the doors, as well as meet lots of new ones.

I honestly can’t wait to see you all there!
