What can I say …………

After 7 years I have come to the very difficult decision to close A Fitz Cakes and Catering.

This has been the hardest decision I have ever had to make but with the rising costs and the amount of work that has to go into making a wholesale bakery run this had to be my decision.

For the sake of my family and own sanity Fitzy’s Bakery is now officially closed for business.

Over the next couple of weeks I will be fulfilling any orders that are in the diary and will shortly be announcing the Final Fitzy’s Fiver Friday (which will be a big one and one not to miss.)
I also have a couple of events I will still be attending and hoping to make them the best yet.

I wanted to thank each and every one of you that has bought from me over the years you really have made my dreams come true and I will forever be grateful for helping me build and live my dream of having my own bakery in my own garden.

Thank you to my husband Tom, daughter Molly, Dad, sister Louise, Brother Ian, my In-laws, my neighbours, my wonderful Friends and others that have worked with me over the years I couldn’t have managed any of this without your love and endless support.

To my heavenly Mummy for all your wonderful recipes and teachings to make me the baker I am today 🤍

BUSY BUSY 🐝

These last couple of weeks have been the busiest I’ve had since March and I can’t believe it 🙏

Thank you to my wonderful stockists and personal customers for keeping me so busy it really does mean the world to me 🙏

I keep getting asked at the minute if I do this full time and my answer is yes 🙌🏻

My bakery in the garden is my full time job and that’s why your orders mean so much to me 🙏
