A quick little drip cake for Niamhs 11th birthday. Six layers of rich chocolate cake filled with a whole jar of Nutella (Niamhs choice)and covered in madagascan vanilla buttercream with a white chocolate ganache drip...and a tealight for a candle because I forgot to get a birthday one 🤣

One for the gin lover (kindred spirit), an lol surprise for one of my faves and a little bit of hocus pocus for my nephew.
Now its onto the Christmas cakes...extremely boozy Christmas cakes 🤣🎄🎅🍷

So... I haven't posted a lot on here recently but I've been rather busy 😁 last Saturday my best friend and I Finally tied the knot after twenty-three years. We had the best day ever! 🎉🎉 ###

Okay dokey so I've just realised I hadn't posted this beauty yet. Five layers of caramel cake with Madagascan vanilla buttercream and a caramel drizzle. 😋 Xx
