How lovely is this! ✨🥹

🔥 ONE YEAR CAN CHANGE EVERYTHING. 🥧

A year ago, Secrets Bakehouse was just a big dream. No crowd. No queue. Just a leap of faith and a hope that it might become something special.

Fast forward 12 months:
✨ Doubled in size
✨ A team of 30+ people
✨ 4 locations across Gwent
✨ Sell-out days and their busiest week ever

But they've been honest about something else too. This year was hard. Sleepless nights. Setbacks. Days they wondered how they'd make it work. 💪

They kept going. And the community showed up: every order, every kind message, every recommendation, and every team member who worked their socks off. 🫶

That's what a local business looks like when people back it. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

That's why we're shining a light on them this week. 🔦

🥁🎪 WHAT. A. WEEKEND. 🎪🥁

We’ve got SO much to celebrate, and honestly… we’re feeling a little emotional 🥹❤️

✨ A SELL-OUT DAY in Cwmbran
🔥 Our BUSIEST week ever
🎂 And… ONE WHOLE YEAR since we announced Secrets Bakehouse! 😱🥳

It honestly feels like yesterday that Secrets Bakehouse was nothing more than a big dream 💭❤️

12 months ago, we took a huge leap of faith and announced what we hoped could become something special. Fast forward one year and somehow we’ve grown to DOUBLE the size, we now have 30+ amazing members of staff, multiple locations and some VERY exciting plans for the future 👀✨

But behind the sell-outs, the busy shops and all the exciting announcements, there’s something we don’t talk about enough…

This past year has been HARD. ❤️‍🩹

There have been some incredible highs, but there have also been plenty of stressful days, sleepless nights, setbacks, doubts and moments where we’ve wondered how we were going to make it work.

But we kept going. 💪🏼

And that’s why this weekend feels even more special.

Because every customer who has walked through our doors, every order placed, every lovely message, every recommendation, every member of our team who has worked their socks off and every single person who has supported us along the way has helped make this dream what it is today. 🫶🏼

From one big dream… to a team of 30+ people and a business we could never have imagined a year ago. 🥹❤️

We genuinely cannot thank you enough for believing in us, supporting us and continuing to show up for Secrets Bakehouse.

Here’s to everything we’ve achieved in the last year… and everything still to come. 🥂✨

The best is yet to come. 👀❤️
